First World Solar Technology summit (WSTS)

The International Solar Alliance (ISA) is hosting the First World Solar Technology Summit (WSTS) on a virtual platform on Tuesday, 8th September, 2020 between 1630 hrs and 2130 hrs (IST). The Plenary Session of the Summit will be addressed by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India. Through this Summit, as an action-oriented organization, ISA intends to bring together member countries to achieve the objectives set under the ISA Treaty.


The WSTS aims to bring together key stakeholders and innovators from the governmental, non-governmental and private sector to discuss recent developments in the field of solar energy and related market trends. The primary objectives of this Summit are to showcase the state-of-the-art next generation solar technologies that can help countries leapfrog to a de-carbonized grid, achieve SDG7 and promote the update of other solar applications. The Concerned stakeholders may participate in  the WSTS.
